Default Updating Excel Files

OS XP, Excel 2003

I have an Excel file with many sheets that are updated via formula
links. They update correctly.
I want to display one of these sheets on a monitor to reflect the
updates as they are made or at some time interval, say every 5 minutes.
I will be updating say Sheet1 and wanting to display Sheet22. I want
to see the updates on Sheet22 as they occur on Sheet1, or if not right away
at least every 5 minutes or so.
I can have the Excel file on a server and two (2) computers, one
computer I am updating Sheet1 on and the other computer is always displaying
Sheet22.

Thanks in advanced.
