Hello
I have many columns (100 or so) in a spreadsheet, and I want to sort them all by alphabetical order. Can this be done easily? The Data, Sort menu seems to only sort one column at a time. I an using Excel 2003 on Windows XP. Thanks very much. |

Nope, you can sort on 3 columns at a time, just keep sorting from the
least significant 3 to the most significant 3 columns. hello wrote: Hello I have many columns (100 or so) in a spreadsheet, and I want to sort them all by alphabetical order. Can this be done easily? You do understand that you may continue the sort on additional sets of
three columns to gain additional ordering of the data. hello wrote: Thank you very much for your help, I also got to the three column limit.
