Scroll bar from the Forms/Control toolbar
 

I want to add a scroll bar to an excel speadsheet survey form where people
can add extended comments if they wish. The box i have typed this request
into is exactly what i want to do. Can someone please tell me how to do this.
The form will eventually be posted on our work web site or it could be
emailed out if requested.
