Default Create a parameter list

I work in a budget shop and I need to create a parameter based list on user
input.

I need a way to create a list based on they type of fund they select. For
example, if the user selects 001: General Fund, they see a list of
appropriations associated with this fund.

Any suggestions??

I guess a few ways of which one which is the easest would be to use the Data
/ Group (pivot table would work well also) then the would select the "001"
and the group would show the list?
