Opening file in Excel 2002
 

When I open a file, the "open file dailogue box" is always maximised and
there is no facility to minimize. This feature was available before & has
disappeared. How do I get it back.

You can doubleclick on the titlebar and it'll resize to a window.

Or you can rightclick on the titlebar and choose restore.
