Column with currency & text - how to format?
Hi
I have a column in a worksheet which has both currency & text 50.00 N.F.S. 90.00 90.00 N.F.S. N.F.S. 60.00 60.00 50.00 N.F.S. 120.00 which I use as the data source to make labels in Word The currency appears fine on the labels, however, the text come out as 0 & I have to manually correct each one. Can anyone tell me how to format this column please -- Martin ©¿©¬ |

One caveat, though: In the past, when I've formatted existing data as text, it hasn't worked. But, it does work on new data entered in empty cells. So, you may have to do some repair work the first time. For me, this has been a random occurrence - it doesn't always happen. |
