File size issues

How do I save an Excel file that was created in the 2007 version of Excel so
that a user with an older version of Excel and the file be saved in the
smallest size possible. The problem we have is the size of the file saved as
a 97-03 Workbook is too large for our e-mail server to send.

Zip it before you e-mail it.
