macros making files slower and slower
After rolling a spreadsheet every month by saving a copy of the old one and
deleting the old information the macro is getting slower and slower? What could be causing this? |

Check your used range in the sheet by CTRL + End
If Excel takes you far below and right of your actual data range you can editdelete all rows below and all columns to the right. Then IMPORTANT.............Save the workbook. Could be your macro is adding to the used range each time you copy the sheet and delete/clear old information.
