How do I click on a cell and have an appointment calendar pop up, click on
the time and date and have it fill the cell with just the time and date? |

Here is how I would do it. Select Tools - Customize - Toolbars (tab) and
check Control Toolbox. This will bring up the Control Toolbox Toolbar. Click the icon that looks like a Hammer and Wrench. From the list choose Microsoft Date and Time Picker Control. Your cursor will change to a cross hair that you can use to draw the control (the same way you would draw a rectangle using click and drag). Right click the control and select Properties. Add a cell reference (such as A1) to the Linked Cell property. Now to get out of design mode click on the Triangle & Ruler icon on the control toolbox toolbar. -- HTH...
