Multiple Users Updating Document
I have a spreadsheet on a shared drive. Multiple people will have access to
it and will need to be able to update/save at the same time. How do I save the spreadsheet so that regardless of how many people have accessed it, they are able to update and save? Thank you, in advance, for you assistance. Randy |

Check out Excel Help and search for Share Workbook or Sharing a Workbook.
The basic how to set it us is: Tools | Share Workbook [Editing] and select "Allow changes by more..." You'll also want to read other topics about sharing workbooks, such as features that are not available so you'll be ready for any questions. Hope this helps at least a little.
