Sum if value is bewteen 2 times
 

I have a spreadsheet that lists a number of cases that are picked by a
colleague and a time they start and a time they finish.
I'm trying to work out how many cases are picked between each hour.

Column F15:F1014 has the has the list of Cases
Column J15:J1014 Start Time
Column K15:K1014 Finish time

I am trying to work out what has been completed between each hour starting
at 06:00am through to 05:59am the next day using the finish time. ie
06:00-07:00 and so on.

Sum if value is bewteen 2 times
 

Clarification:
If J in 6:05 AM and K is 7:15 AM, do the cases go to the 6 AM or the 7 AM
bin?

....and will the overnight ones juts be identified by the end time being
earlier than the start time?
