Custom formatting feet and inches from decimal
 

Hi;

Is there a way to get a custom format to display a decimal as feet and
inches? For example 13.5 ft as 13'-6". The closest I can get is
0"'-"##/12'' gives 13'-6/12''. I would like to be able to have it display as
13'-6'' without having to use formulas and without having the divisor visible
for inches.
