Simplyfying Data from a Sheet
 

I have an excel spreadsheet with a huge number of datapoints on 10 sec
intervals. There are 12 sets of datapoints arranged in columns with the first
column being time. I would like to simplify and extract data points per hour.

Please suggest a solution. I am currently using Vlookup and would like to
know if there is a better solution. Many thanks.
