Text to Columns with Line Breaks.

I have an Excel Spreadsheet that I inherited with approximately 2,500 rows.
One column has street address, city, state, zip, and phone. In between each
piece of information was what appeared to be two line breaks. I used
Alt+0010 to remove one of the line breaks. The second break will not
disapper. I have also tried ctrl j. When I go to use Text to Column with a
delimited file type, it does not recongize anything beyond the street
address. What else can I try to remove the line break and the symbol of a
"?" in a box? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

CTRL + j and Alt + 0010 are the same thing.

Try Alt + 0013
