Issue with Arrow Keys when using Excel
 

Normally, when you hit the Left, Right, Up or Down arrow, the active cell is
moved correct? For some reason, my arrow buttons don't move to the
corresponding cell, but moves the entire sheet as if I were moving the scroll
bars. Are there any settings I can change to get my arrows back to moving the
cell selection?

Check to see if somehow the Scroll-Lock key is depressed.
