lost toolbars
 

I downloaded a workbook from a company in excel form. I had stock #'s prices
qtys etc. I filled in qtys, it totaled orders etc. It now appears that all my
excel files have become read only. I have no tool bars ( Can't do anything )
I can access the files and look at them but can't change them. Can someone
help me get my tool bars back?
