Excel 2007 file does not fully open
 

When clicking on an excel workbook from explorer, excel 2007 opens, with
blank area, when you click the minimize button workbook fully opens.

It seems to be a pretty common problem with lots of users.

But there is no fix right now.

I have found A fix. Just don't like it.

Uninstall Office 2007. KB928218, Uninstall the 2007 Office system if you
cannot uninstall it by using the "Add or Remove Programs" feature.

Reinstall Office 2007

and excel files fully open from explorer.
