Freeze a column or row Question

I want to freeze the titles of my columns so when I scroll down four pages I
still see the titles. I have read several posts on the subject. I can't
find the "Windows" button to get the freeze pane. Can someone explain this
to me. Thanks in advance.

The "Windows" button is on your top toolbar:

File Edit View Insert Format Tools data Window Help

Click on the cell you want to freeze the column to the left and the
row above of.

Click Window from the toolbar and then click Freeze Panes from the
drop down
