exporting from Act softwa

I am exporting one client from Act software to excel 2003 an excel
spreadsheet pops up. I want to have the client information to export to a
spreadsheet that I have already designed and automatically filter into the
cells I have designated on my spreadsheet. Can this be done with macros?
