Unhide rows

I have a spreadsheet that has 100 columns of data.
Unfortunetely rows 21 - 60 are hidden. The spreadsheet is
unprotected and I have tried to unhide these rows without
success. The only way to unhide it is to physically drag
one row at a time. I also noted that the numbers listing
rows 1 -20 (number of the row on the left side) are purple
color, where as rows 21+ are normal black color.

thanks
