Saving up to xlsm

I am trying to save xls to a xslm and get this message. "This workbook
contains excel 4.0 and excel 5.0 macros. If you would like to password
protect / restrict permission these macros need to be removed" I have gone
into the macros listed for this workbook and deleted them.. It still gives me
thsame message..
Help please.

Saving up to xlsm

In addition to removing the code, you need to remove any modules as
well. Alt-F11 will bring up the VBE, then right-click on any Module
listed and click on Remove Module - Excel will ask if you want to
Export the module before removal, but just click on No.

Hope this helps.
