- My report has a 'Data(Raw)' tab and 'Dashboard' tab.
-I'm trying count the date values located at 'DATA (RAW)'!BH:BH but only if
it is less than, greater than and equal to value located on Dashboard tab
cell "AD3" (AD3 is equal to today's date)

I'm trying to use the following statements:

=COUNTIF('DATA (RAW)'!BH:BH,"<AD3")
=COUNTIF('DATA (RAW)'!BH:BH,"AD3")
=COUNTIF('DATA (RAW)'!BH:BH,"=AD3")

This is not working for me. Can anyone assist?

Thanks Mike and Bob!

It is now counting the values but the numbers don't match up. When I
manually count to see how many dates are todays date I get 623,
unfortunately the formula counted 659. Any ideas why there is a difference?
Same thing is happening if I change it to < , my manual count is 146 but the
formula count is 150.
