Is there any way to work simultaneously with multiple user on same work sheet.

You could save the workbook on a common network folder.

Then you could share the workbook.
(Tools|Share workbook in xl2003)

Be aware that there are lots of features that are unavailable in shared
workbooks. Look at excel's help for a list.
