Trying to catch data from a EXCEL file
 

I have an empty EXCEL workbook and try to get some data with an query from
another table.
In the source table I have four columns, IDNumber, Name and Age
When I try to open the query it shows:
- IDNumber
F1
or
Age
F1
so I can't work with that query.

Any helpfull hint
