Subtotal show more columns
When you use subtotal the output is only 2 columns, what you subtotalled on
and your value or whatever you chose to calculate. How can I see other columns information as well on the subtotal line? I do realize the lines can be different but how would Excel handle this situation then? |

Hi Mandy
Using Data - Sub totals should leave all your columns visible and just add sub totals to the column or columns you specify. Are you changing the Levels - ie 1,2,3 or hiding any columns?
