Split, the vertical scrollbar is half way down the spreedsheet

Split, the vertical scrollbar is half way down the spreadsheet. i have turned
of the split and taken of the freeze panel, yet it still wont allow me to
view the top section it will only let me to see 29 down. anything above 29 is
hidden and will not let me scroll up to see it. I've searched other people's
questions but nothing relates to my problem , please help.

Hi Kathy
Highlight everything by clicking on the cell above the "1 " and before the
"A" right click on your mouce and select "Unhide"
That should do it.

Maybe rows 1:28 are hidden
Try:
Hit F5 (same as edit|goto)
type: A1:A28
Format|row|Unhide

(or even try setting the rowheight to something larger than 0.)
