Printing Excel using Acrobat Adobe
I would like to print all the active worksheets in one PDF file. When I try
to print all the active worksheets, it will print a number of them in one PDF file, then prompt me to name it, print another worksheet and prompt me, etc. I don't understand why it will print a number (say 5 or 6) active worksheets in one PDF file and then print only one (1) in the following. I print 40 active worksheets and it will create approximately 7 different PDF files. |

Just came across this same problem this morning. I have 45 sheets I want
printed to a PDF, it'll ask me a name to save the file under and then will print 40 pages in that file. Then it will prompt me for a new file name and will print 1 page and then again for the remaining 4 pages. No clue as to why....any one ever hear of this? Regards, Have encountered this when printing "Entire Workbook" and there is a change in some "Page Setup" properties from one sheet to the next - in my case it was Print Quality - not sure what other ones can cause it - (but not Orientation or Paper Size).
