Excel & Mail Merge
I've used mail merge many times before to print labels from an Excel
spreadsheet. However, this time I can only get Page 1 of 11 of the spreadsheet to print. I'm assuming I'm missing a setting somewhere but can't figure it out. |

I believe your page break preview is only set to the first page. Set
your page break preview (for 2003 and under) by going into view, page breaks and then click n'drag your borders to include your other pages. In 2007, uhm, good luck, still getting used to it myself. Hope that helps! -Imonit On Apr 17, 2:24*pm, invox wrote: I've used mail merge many times before to print labels from an Excel spreadsheet. *However, this time I can only get Page 1 of 11 of the spreadsheet to print. *I'm assuming I'm missing a setting somewhere but can't figure it out. |

Excel has no mail merge function so what operation are you referring to?
Are you using Word's Mailmerge with Excel as the data source?
