Save As and password issues
 

I am running in to an odd behavior when saving as. If the document is
password protected it will close all documents and re open the protection
document promotion for the password. This only happens on this one laptop. On
other installations this is not the case and no work sheets are closed.

Excel 2003 completely updated as of 04-16-08. It was repaired once and
reinstalled once. It is in a domain / office environment.
