Hiding rows
Hi,
Wondering if there is a way to hide a row depending on the value of a certain cell. eg. if any cells in column C has "xxx" then hide entire row. I'm guessing there is a way to do it using logic or conditional formats but not sure what to use to hide the row. -- Thanks |
Hiding rows
Use Auto-filter

Hiding rows
Formulas cannot hide rows or cells.
CF can change font to white. To actually hide the row(s) you need autofilter or VBA Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP On Thu, 17 Apr 2008 00:15:00 -0700, Glen wrote: Hi, Wondering if there is a way to hide a row depending on the value of a certain cell. eg. if any cells in column C has "xxx" then hide entire row.
