Thanks for your answer deleting multiple names. i will download the link
and try it out.

i appreciate this forum's response to some of my queries, however, when the
link to the response appears in my Outlook inbox, i can't access the link.
it goes to the net and the word "done" appears in the lower left hand corner,
but the screen in blank. this has been happening for the past several
months. i have had our IT group look at the problem but they can't come up
with a solution. any ideas?

This happens to me as well, if I click the -

Click this link to continue receiving notifications for this thread.

first... try clicking Read the Response on the first line instead. If you
leave a response to the response you can choose to receive notifications
again, or if you go back to the email, the second link will actually work
now...
