Inserting text from external file into cells.
 

I need to enter text data from another excel file into column D, the rows in
columns A through column C are as follows:
R1 Header
R2 text
R3 DATE
R4 Empty
R5 text
I need to be able to insert the text into Column D R3 & R4 in the first
instance and then reduce the Row count by 1 as the header is not part of the
text data after the first insert.

The next insert would be into Row 7 & row 8 of Column D all the way down to
R41
column D
