I'm like gator in a previous question, that i have data in one worksheet
repeated 26 times(each week in the 6mth period) each broken into 7 days. Each week has similar entries with subtotals for each day & totals for the week and i want to be able to select any week and display the data contained. -- Browny |

If your data is formatted with the same header row in each section,
you can create a Pivot Table using all of the data blocks. See "Create a pivot table from multiple consolidation ranges" on this site: http://www.contextures.com/xlPivot08.html HTH, JP On Apr 15, 9:29*pm, Browny wrote: I'm like gator in a previous question, that i have data in one worksheet repeated 26 times(each week in the 6mth period) each broken into 7 days.
