How can buffer the row height of my data.
When working with tables in MS Word, you have the option to buffer the cell
so that there is a set amount of space above and below the work you enter. The same functionality works with the Spacing option. My question is, is there such an option within Excel? |

As far as I know, inner margins cannot be fixed. Your can try this: Select
your rows and fix their heights. Then vertically align your cell contents to the center.
