Hi Dimi,

There are some tremendous options and my knowledge of
it is very outdated (ACAD version 14 (1998)). Go to the Autodesk
discussion groups and I am sure you will get the up to date
and I am sure, much more amazing possibilities.

Here is the link to the Autodesk newsgroups.

Is there a way to import excel sheet in autocad and make the table inserted
editable as a cad drawing- meaning the vertical and horizontal grid lines
and any other text data should be editable as a cad data not image.

iT'S EASY. JUST USE THE COMMAND INSERT OBJECT. SELECT CREATE FROM FILE.
SCROLL DOWN TO EXCEL WORKSHEET. SELECT IT. BROWSE TO THE FILE. YOU CAN
SELECT LINK IF YOU WANT ANY CHANGES TO BE UPDATED AUTOMATICALLY.

YOU HAVE TO SAVE YOUR EXCEL FILE ON THE WORKSHEET YOU WANT COPIED AND THE
PRINT AREA YOU WANT COPIED BEFORE YOU INSERT IT FROM ACAD.
