Conditional Formatting does not convert HTML
 

Hello,
I have created a spreadsheet to manage Hockey pools. I am using conditional
formatting to show each contestant. Since there are different numbers of
contestants in each pool, I have am using conditional formatting.
Everything is working great in the actual spreadsheet, but when I save as
web page, the formatting is all over the place.
Any ideas, or is anyone else experiencing this problem.
