Srry, my suggestion was for excel 2007, so I doubt it will work for you, but
I don't know for sure.

Alt + V,W

As Bob I points out, have a look at the underlined letters when determining
shortcut keys.

For all Menu stuff hit Alt + letter like "e" for Edit menu.

Alt + f for File Menu.
