Refresh Pivot table without losing the format
Why after I update datasource (with same structure) and refresh Pivot chart,
all the setup are lost? Is there anyway to fix it-- ideal is by clicking one button, all the charts/tables get updated. Thanks a bunch! |

Refresh Pivot table without losing the format
Sorry if this is a dummy question:
Put the mouse in pivot tabe, and choose Pivot tabel/ tabel options, it prompts: the pivot table report is not valid. Tried in the related pivot chart, same message. How can I get to the Autoformat option? Why do I get the message "Cannot Group That Selection" when I try to
summarize my Date column into monthly "groups"? This happens most of the time, but sometimes I get lucky for some unknown reason and I can group the data. Help!!!
