Find and Replace - Options

Is there a way, in Excel 2003, to change the default Find and Replace options
to look for Values rather than Formulas in the Look In field? The data we
are searching is 90% values and we have to reset the Option time Excel is
restarted. We have some inexperienced users who forget to change the Options
and we do not catch all data.

Thanks
