Excel 2002 : How to set thousand separator at tool bar ?
Dear Sir,
The numeric format ( Comma Sign ) at my tool bar is a number with two decimal places without a thousand separator. May I know how change the default of this icon to two decimal places with a thousand separator (e.g. 12,145.26) ? Also when I go to Format Cells Numbers , the thousand separator box always uncheck, can I change this default to always check ? Thanks Low -- A36B58K641 |

FormatStyleCommaModify.
To have thousand separator checked by default you would have to create a template for the default workbook or have your Personal.xls make the setting via Workbook_Open code.
