How do I print something off of a spreadsheet?

How can I print something off of an Excel Spreadsheet when the document will
not open to begin with? It was first emailed to me as an attachment and I
can't seem to open it.

Harald Staff

You can't. It needs to be opened.

What exactly do you mean "can't seem to open it"? You do have Excel
installed on your machine, don't you?

From explorer "maybe" -- right-click on the "filename.xls" and from the
short-cut menu
there is a Print option; Give it a try.

That just opens up the spreadsheet first.

Jim May

That's what I meant by "maybe" -- thought it was worth a try;
Sometimes you get lucky...

Do you have Excel installed on your computer?

If not, you can download a Viewer for Excel from which you can open, view and
print a workbook.
