I created a macro and saved the workbook on our server. When a user opens
the workbook the macro is not there. What do I need to do. Thanks, |

One possibility is your company doesn't allow saving macros in excel files.
There may be a fire-wall running preventing the save. check with your MIS department. "Pammy" wrote: I created a macro and saved the workbook on our server. When a user opens the workbook the macro is not there. What do I need to do. Thanks, |

I don't know what your company policies are. I sometimes have problems
e-mail people with attached files. I simply change the extension on file anbd it then works. for example, I used to have problems with ZIP files, the work around was to change the name to PIZ and then e-mail the file. the person who received the file had to change the extension back to ZIP before they could use the file. Changing name of the file won't solve the problem with saving the file on a server, only solve the e-mail problems.
