Drop-down list box

Hi Eeveryone
I have a drop-down list box. I would like to know is any way that add
information in it or shall I look for a different way to handle this
information. I am using excel 2003. See exmaple below:

GEORGIA
Atlanta
Valdosta
Albany
Athens

Atlanta thru Athens fall under GEORGIA

use names | define

if you choose georgia, in the corresponding cell will show only
atlanta thru ahtens ??
