how to remove e-mail view
 

I'm sure this has been answered but I did not find it here or in the help
area of excel
All at once my excel sheet is showing up as an e-mail to send message...
How do I get back to the standard format??

In xl2003 menus:

File|Send to|check Mail recipient

If you look closely, you'll see that the icon is depressed. It serves as a
toggle (show the envelope or don't show it).
