how do i see recent documents?
There is a Windows TweakUI option not to show recent documents and it
affects Excel. If you set it with such a program maybe you can unset it. Otherwise you might want to change the setting directly: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\Explorer\NoRecentDocsHistory Run Regedit.exe from Start-Run and navigate to this setting. If NoRecentDocsHistory is 01 00 00 00 change it to 00 00 00 00. If this setting is already all zeros you might go up to the top of the Regedit tree and search for other occurances of NoRecentDocsHistory. I'm not sure if this "policies" setting is the only one. -- Jim "cdumas" wrote in message ... | Excel 2007: There are no recent documents in my list and under Excel | Options/Advanced access is denied to adjust the list (greyed-out)?
