Startup Prompt for Updating Links NOT WORKING
 

I want my users to not get the pop-up message for updating links. I want the
workbook do to this automatically without prompting each user. I set the
startup prompt as follows...

Edit Links Startup Prompt Don't Display Alert & Update Links

However the pop-up still occurs. How do I fix this?
