Excel add-in "ProjeX" or other PM add-ins?

I am looking for a project management tool for smaller projects (MS Project
too complex) and came across an old version of ProjeX in an article. It is
an Excel add-in that looked ideal for my purposes. I can't find a current
version.

Any other recommendations?
