How to add a header to an Excel spreadsheet on only one page?

Does anybody know how to to add a header only on one page of a work sheet?

How to add a header to an Excel spreadsheet on only one page?
 

You print the one page with the header, and then you print the rest off
the pages with out the header, in essence two print jobs.
