How to Restrict Forum Search to Exact Term
 

Is there a way to tell the Forum/Newsgroup SEARCH not to strip special
characters from the search term? For example searching for #VALUE! returns a
whole bunch of items that match VALUE but not #VALUE!. Also the returned
threads do not seem to be sorted into any obvious sequence. Is there a way
for the user to control the sequence?
