just upgraded to Office 2007. Where's the "Save As" tag?

Just upgraded. I assume that I should save all my existing files in 2007
format. But there's no "Save As" tag and the 'Help' stream is as useful as a
chocolate coffee-pot. (Fedback.)

Do I need to save them in 2007 format? They're nearly all files that I don't
share so I would have no problems with others users with an older version of
Excel.

Your help would be much appreciated. Thanks

(P.S. I would also need the "Save As" tag so that I can save my 2008 home
budget files as 2009 files of course, so that I don't have to start all over
again.)
